Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketing, Sales and Accounts and Finance Sections.
  • Develop marketing and sales strategies.
  • Mentor and develop section heads, sharing business acumen, financial insights and work ethics.
  • Manage budgeting and financing reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and performance.
  • Collaborate with Technical and Quality Operations and Resource Department to develop and maintain customer base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years in marketing and finance, with 5+ years leading.
  • Strong mentoring and business development skills.
