Responsibilities:
- Maintain skills matrix and allocate workers via digital system.
- Mentor and develop staff, sharing resource planning strategies, decision –making skills, and work ethics.
- Monitor worker performance and utilization.
- Collaborate with People and Process Improvement for development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's in Operation Management or Human Resources.
- 5+ years in workforce management, with 2+ years supervising.
- Proficiency in mentoring and resource planning.
