Responsibilities:

  • Maintain skills matrix and allocate workers via digital system.
  • Mentor and develop staff, sharing resource planning strategies, decision –making skills, and work ethics.
  • Monitor worker performance and utilization.
  • Collaborate with People and Process Improvement for development.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Operation Management or Human Resources.
  • 5+ years in workforce management, with 2+ years supervising.
  • Proficiency in mentoring and resource planning.
