Responsibilities:

  • Oversee repair operations, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Mentor and develop repair team leaders, sharing technical knowledge, problem solving skills, and work ethics.
  • Implement lean techniques to streamline workflows.
  • Provide worker performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with commerce and Finance Department to develop and maintain customer base.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
  • 7+ years in ship repair, with 3+ years supervising.
  • Strong mentoring and technical skills.
